It's pizza time. Let's have some home-made pizzas.
mm mm.... Yum.
We used to order pizza from Pizza Hut store. Then, one day, the kid went to her friend's birthday party. It was a potluck party. The friend's mom made some big pizzas, and the girls brought some little stuffs, like a box of cookie, a bottle of Coke, a plate of salad, fruit, ... etc.. (I think this is a wonderful idea for kids' or youth groups' party.) The kid had a great time at the party and was amazed by the home-made pizza.
A month later, the kid went to another friend's birthday party. This time, they made the pizzas from scratch!! They touched the flour, added water, made the dough, cut tomatoes for pizza sauce, added cheese and toppings.
Wow!! ...... The girls really enjoyed making pizzas and were very proud of themselves.
That's how we started the journey of making our own pizza.
We tried making the pizza dough by ourselves once. The kids made a square pizza and a funny shape pizza. They were very creative and had a great time. But it was too time consuming.
Then, we tried packaged pizza crusts and added cheese and personal favor toppings. It turned out great. What's our favorite pizza? Mushroom pizza, ham pizza, and Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) are on the top of the list. Seafood pizza, and turkey/ham pizza are delicious, too.
Yum, ..... Yum. The home-made pizzas taste very good!!
